2. Reservations and Payments

The customer is required to make a reservation via the available booking channels of the company. After confirming the reservation, the customer is obligated to pay all associated fees as listed in the company's price list.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation or modification conditions are governed by the cancellation policy provided during the reservation process. The customer is required to familiarize themselves with these terms before confirming the reservation.

4. Check-in and Check-out

The customer is required to arrive at the accommodation on the dates specified in the reservation. Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is possible only by prior arrangement and for the appropriate fee.

5. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for complying with the accommodation rules and for any damages caused to the company's property. In the case of damage, the customer is required to pay the full amount.

6. Personal Data Protection

The company processes personal data in compliance with applicable laws on personal data protection. Detailed information on personal data processing can be found in the company's privacy policy.

7. Complaints Procedure

If the customer is dissatisfied with the services, they are entitled to file a complaint. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the company's contact address within 14 days of the cause.

8. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are valid and effective from January 1, 2024. The company reserves the right to amend them. The current version of the terms and conditions is always available on the company's website.

Personal data collected during check-in is retained only for as long as necessary to meet our legal obligations. After the legal retention period, this data is securely deleted.

4. Data Security

The company takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration.

1. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in:

  • Accommodation is available from 3:00 PM. Early arrival is possible only by prior arrangement, with a fee of 200 CZK / 8 € per hour.
  • Parking is charged from 380 CZK / 15 € per night.

Check-out:

  • Late check-out without prior arrangement – 500 CZK / 20 € for each started hour from 10:00 AM.
  • The room must be left clean. Excessive dirt, unwashed dishes, or excessive waste may incur a fee ranging from 380 CZK / 15 € to 2500 CZK / 100 €.
  • Keys must be returned to the designated box.

2. Payment and Deposits

Deposit:

  • The host requires a deposit of 2500 CZK / 100 € to cover any potential damages or additional costs.
  • The deposit is refunded within 14 days after check-out if no damages are found. The bank typically processes transactions within 2–4 working days.

Transaction Fee:

  • A fee of 50 CZK / 2 € is charged for payments via the payment gateway.

Premium Support:

  • To ensure all communication is archived and to avoid misunderstandings, all contact must take place exclusively via Booking.com or email.
    Phone support is available only after purchasing Premium Support for €8 on our website.

    The Premium Support fee may also be charged retroactively in some cases if the service is used.

3. Guest Behavior

  • Respect the quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Avoid loud behavior, loud music, and other disruptive activities.
  • Leave the room in a clean state without excessive mess.

4. Smoking and Substances

  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas (courtyard, street). Rooms and balconies are non-smoking.
  • The use of drugs and other illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

5. Safety and Property

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to property, whether intentional or accidental.
  • Keys must not be handed to third parties. They must be returned to the designated box upon check-out.
  • Guests are responsible for locking their rooms and taking care of their valuables (the accommodation is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings).

6. Pets

  • Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement, with a fee of 380 CZK / 15 € per night.
  • Walking pets on the premises is prohibited. Guests are responsible for the pets behavior and any damages caused.

7. Use of Facilities

  • Guests must use the facilities appropriately.
  • Any malfunctions or damages must be reported immediately to the staff.

8. Visitors

  • Visitors are not allowed to stay without prior registration.
  • Visitors are allowed only until 10:00 PM. After that, they must leave the premises.

Penalties for Rule Violations

  • Late check-out without prior agreement: 250 CZK / 10 € per hour.
  • Excessive dirt: from 380 CZK / 15 € to 2500 CZK / 100 €.
  • Leaving the entered code on the mailbox after key removal/insertion 500 CZK / 20€
  • Failure to return keys as instructed: 2000 CZK / 80 €.
  • Failure to return the chip immediately as instructed – 1000 CZK / 40 €
  • Disturbing the peace:
    • 1st violation: no penalty.
    • 2nd violation: 1000 CZK / 40 €.
    • 3rd violation: immediate eviction without compensation.
  • Smoking in the room: 2500 CZK / 100 €. Repeated violation = eviction.
  • Property damage: Damage compensation + administrative fee of 500 CZK / 20 €.
  • Unauthorized visitors: 2000 CZK / 80 € per night.
  • Drug use: Immediate eviction without compensation + police report.
  • Unauthorized pets: 1000 CZK / 40 € per night + responsibility for damages.
